SHIPPING, RETURNS & ORDER PROCESSING

  • The Bruffin ships our products throughout the United States using varying shipping partners in order to provide the most efficient, cost effective and secure means for our customers.

  • Orders are shipped second day and only shipped Monday through Wednesday, to avoid weekend overlays.  We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays or holidays (unless otherwise arranged with additional costs added).

  • Due to the fact our orders are baked fresh, please allow for two days of processing.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday (excluding business and national holidays)

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

  • FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • The Bruffin, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or weather.

  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for product, reshipment and relabeling.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package.

  •  As Bruffins are perishable items, The Bruffin, LLC is not responsible if the delivery is an outdoor delivery subjecting the package to temperatures and conditions that will accelerate the tempering of the packages contents.

  • FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.

  • Estimated delivery times do not take unexpected weather and holiday delays into consideration which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, The BRUFFIN® Bakery does not accept returns.

  • There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • Circumstance Pending, The BRUFFIN® may issue a credit or re-order.

  • If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your BRUFFIN™ experience.
